Returns:
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you recieved the item. To be eligable for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
We do not offer any refunds/returns on any DOFA Home Fragrance items. In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. All accidental damage is not covered by DOFA Home Fragrance. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, the item is to be returned at the customers expense and a replacement will be sent once the original item has been received.
Change of mind policy
If you have changed your mind within 24 hours of ordering on our online store, we can issue a refund minus a restocking & admin fee. Our restocking fee is set at 15% of the order cost.
By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a store credit minus the shipping cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cots are non-refundable.
